2. Bộ điều khiển nhiệt độ cho Buồng đốt PMA KS 40-1 Burner Temperature Controller  | West CS Vietnam

Bộ điều khiển nhiệt độ đa năng dành cho buồng đốt KS 40-1 được thiết kế cho các nhiệm vụ điều khiển phổ quát, chính xác và tiết kiệm chi phí đối với các buồng đốt điều chế hai và ba giai đoạn. Nó có thể được chuyển đổi 1 cách đơn giản giữa điều khiển bật / tắt của buồng đốt 2 giai đoạn và điều khiển cơ giới để điều chỉnh buồng đốt trong quá trình hoạt động. Do đó các loại nhiên liệu khác nhau có thể áp dụng tối ưu.

Đầu vào đa năng cho phép kết nối với  cặp nhiệt điện và Pt100 để kiểm soát nhiệt độ. Bộ truyền áp suất 2 dây, 3 dây hoặc 50/30/50 có thể được sử dụng để kiểm soát áp suất lò hơi. Có sẵn một đầu vào bổ sung có thể được sử dụng cho tín hiệu định chuẩn bên ngoài hoặc bù trừ thời tiết.

The universal temperature controller KS 40-1 burner is intended for universal, precise, and cost-effective control tasks of modulating, two- and three-stage burners. It can be switched between the simple on/off control of 2-stage burners and motorised control for modulating burners during operation. Thus different fuels are optimally applicable.

The process value signal is connected via a universal input allowing thermocouples and Pt100 to be used for temperature control. 2-wire, 3-wire or 50/30/50 pressure transmitters can be used for boiler pressure control. An additional input is available which can be used for external setpoint or weather-compensation.
